I.An overview of tourism in Paraguay

Paraguay has rich tourism resources; the national tourism industry is an important source of foreign investment in the nation.

Paraguay got its name from the Paraguay River. With open and calm waters, the river is full of floating flowers and decorated with herbs. Egrets are standing on the trees by the river bed in groups to rest. There are many birds flying around the bank in the landscape reflected in the water.

In the middle of the Central plaza, there is an old Spanish church and Spanish-style architecture everywhere. Beautiful scenery attracts a large number of tourists. You may go to the Oriental City in Paraguay to take a duty/tax-free products shopping tour. The Government of Paraguay, in recent years, has also developed a western Indian village tour, which have fascinated foreign tourists.

In addition, due to the long period of Spanish colonization, the Paraguayans have adopted the custom of bullfighting, with their own unique Paraguayan style to it. Worth mentioning is the world-famous Iguazu Falls and the Itaipu Dam. The magnificent scenery is unsurpassed and one of the most ideal places to visit around the world.

1. Capital City of Asuncion

Asuncion is a picturesque river port city, people call it "forest and water capital.”

2. Major tourist city- Oriental City Ciudad Del Este (Paraguay)

Is the second largest city of Paraguay and is the capital city of Alto Panara.

It engages in commercial activities within the territory of Paraguay's most prosperous city

3. Symbolic landscape - Iguazu Falls & Itaipu Dam

(1)Cataratas de Foz de Iguazu: Iguazu, Victoria (East Africa) and Niagara Falls (the United States and Canada) are the world's three major waterfalls. The United Nations has listed them as World Heritage sites, and are the world's most popular tourist attractions.

 (2) Itaipu Dam: is the world's largest hydropower station which later became a famous tourist attraction, with more than 80 million tourists each year.

II. Development Planning of Paraguay Tourism Resort

1、 Introduction to the investment Block for Tourism

(1) Investment block Hernandarias

"Block 1" belongs to Paraguay Hernandarias Administrative Region Itaipú City, near the Paraguay Oriental City, and covers an area of 600 hectares. The Itaipu Hydropower Station is strategically located, rising from the world famous sea.

(2) Investment Block Santa Elena

Oriental City close to Paraguay, Itaipu dam in the river, La ciudad del Este, Hernandarias, covering about 700 hectares of the peninsula, adjacent to the Itaipu Lake and Brazilian Iguazu Falls. Annually there are about 170 million visitors.

2、Content of resort development project

By the end of 2008 -2009 and after 5 visits to Paraguay, Mr. Wallace Zhang has led AET team to Paraguay. He sent a geologist and a designer for onsite investigation.

According to the characteristics of land there are two tourist peninsulas in stage of planning and development. Meanwhile, we are seeking resources to build the hotel resort area (including golf course, tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool), theme parks, spa, casino, Chinese commercial City and other projects)

With increasing competition in the tourism market, the task for the resort developer is no longer as simple as to provide high level services, but to create an extraordinary journey for visitors. Everyone wants to experience a magical journey and this is precisely the goal that AET has set: to create a resort which gives visitors a unique and magical visual "of South America as the perfect trip.”

AET has planned to build a five-star hotel as the main center, supporting the construction of ultra-luxurious executive apartments, holiday villas and other single-family residential facilities, with capacity for hundreds of guests to stay. Within the swimming pools, golf course, tennis courts, gym, sauna, bowling alley, movie theater, multi-functional rooms, shopping centers and other entertainment, fitness and leisure facilities, the unique characteristics of South America will be integrated and reflected in the resort.

In the resort, you will be able to experience Latin American culture and customs of an ancient and modern ecological, cultural village. Its location is near the Itaipu hydroelectric dam, and includes safari experience, South American Botanic Garden, Chinese style park, hotel-style resort, and food courts. We will also hold regular South American style performances, such as the South American dance performances, Chinese traditional folk performances, and large-scale performances and garden shows. A fusion street will be built as well, showcasing South American and Chinese style street snacks to bring the exotic experience to visitors. We believe we can bring you a visual feast and fantasy journey.

When you feel tired and want to relax comfortably, just experience our hot springs spa. This will be a place with special geographical conditions of Paraguay to create a large hot spring.

What we are most excited for is AET’s casino projects. In South America, especially Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, gambling is a very popular form of entertainment, but is prohibited by Brazilian and Argentinean law. In Paraguay, the law has allowed casinos to be built, but the local facilities are very small, and far short to meet the demand of the market. AET plans to change this by introducing a casino near the Eastern City of Santa Elena, just like the Lisboa Casino in Macao. It will be open 365 days a year, with a variety of restaurants, pawnshops, money exchange shops, etc. We at AET not only have the ability to set up a perfect leisure place and relaxation resort in South America, but also can transform Santa Elena into the Las Vegas in South America!

AET believes that our resort will bring you a wonderful, unforgettable South American travel experience.
