South China Athletic Association (also known as South China, SCAA) is a Hong Kong sports club, best known for its football team, which plays in Hong Kong Stadium. The football team plays in the top-level league of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Premier League. It is the football club with most honours in Hong Kong, having won a record 41 First Division League titles. They have also won a record 31 Senior Shields, a record 10 FA Cups and 3 League Cups.

In 2014, AET (Asia) Limited, also known as AET, formally obtained the right of management of South China football team, and has become the official management company of Hong Kong South China football team. Dr. Wallace Cheung, chairman of AET, has officially become the South China Football Club convener. After AET took over South China football team, the team achieved an outstanding record, receiving the top ranking of the Hong Kong Football League. Besides, it is a precious experience for the team to have various friendly matches with Mainland football teams, like the Guangzhou Evergrande football team and Shandong Luneng football team. Under AET’s management, friendly matches were organized between South China Football Youth team and mainland youth football schools in order to promote a harmonious football culture between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
