A cooperation agreement is made between China Economic Cooperation Center and AET (Asia) Limited on 21 Dec,2010 for the purpose of jointly promoting the development between China and Latin American region, particularly Paraguay, in the area of trade,economic and touristic development and also cultural exchange.
